Surah 1: Al-Fatihah
الفاتحة
Ayah 1
In the name of Allāh the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ Bismi Allahi arrahmani arraheem — 🔊
Ayah 2
[All] praise is [due] to Allāh, Lord of the worlds -
ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ Alhamdu lillahi rabbi alAAalameen — 🔊
Ayah 3
The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful,
ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ Arrahmani arraheem — 🔊
Ayah 4
Sovereign of the Day of Recompense
مَـٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ Maliki yawmi addeen — 🔊
Ayah 5
It is You we worship and You we ask for help.
إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ Iyyaka naAAbudu wa-iyyaka nastaAAeen — 🔊
Ayah 6
Guide us to the straight path -
ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ Ihdina assirata almustaqeem — 🔊
Ayah 7
The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have earned [Your] anger or of those who are astray.
صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ Sirata allatheena anAAamta AAalayhim ghayri almaghdoobi AAalayhim wala addalleen — 🔊
